Through our various points of contact with our clients’ customers, we response with courtesy and professionalism in all aspects of our customer service.

We offer customer contact in English, French, Cantonese, Mandarin, Taiwanese, Punjabi and Hindi.

A challenge working with customer service is to ensure that you have focused your attention on the right key areas measured by the right key performance indication.

The focus at CRM is to select these KPI’s which will deliver the most value to the overall objective, e.g. cost savings, service improving etc., this is done in such a way that our staff sincerely believe that they can make a difference with the effort.
